These Terms and Conditions are subject to change and we may, without prior notice to you and at any time, revise them and any other information
contained in any booking channel by updating these Terms and Conditions. Please note that the restated Terms and Conditions shall be effective
immediately upon posting. We may also make improvements or changes in the services provided by it as described in booking channels at any
time without notice. Therefore, you are advised to regularly check for any amendments or updates to these Terms and Conditions. If the changes are not
agreeable to you, you must stop using our booking channels for making a booking.
Terms & Conditions
Following Terms and Conditions becomes applicable to the guests who make a booking through any of the booking channels and also to the guests making any queries related to any booking made through our booking channels.
- For confirming a booking, Guests have to deposit a non refundable advance amount
- Once a booking is confirmed, We shall issue a booking confirmation intimation to guests only after which guests can check-in
- As a guest, you are accountable for parting the property in the condition it was in when you checked-in
- You are liable for your own acts and are also responsible for the acts of any individuals whom you invite to, or otherwise provide right of entry to, the property
- In case of damages, damage charges will be recovered from the guest
- Standard check-in time is 11 am and check-out time is 10 am
- In case guests wish to avail a further extended checkout or early check-in, charges are applicable depending on the availability of the home
- It is at our discretion to offer early check-in or late check-out
- Guests shall understand and agree that property booked by the guests is a residential property with other guests living around. It is imperative that conduct of the guests shall in no way disturb the tranquility, peace and modesty of the neighbors
- Property booked by the guests shall be used only for the purpose of stay and not for any other purpose
- The Guests shall not have more number of persons than number specified at the time of booking
- Late night loud music is not permitted
- The guests shall not use property for committing or conducting any unlawful act or immoral activity, we will in no way be responsible or liable for such acts on behalf of the guests
- The guests shall not possess or consume any prohibited drugs or organize ‘any rave parties in or around Property’. Breach of this condition will result in immediate lodging of a Police Complaint by us against guests.
- We will not be responsible for loss/damages to your personal belongings
- Guest may venture into the sea at thier own risk
